Miller Motorsports Park has an immediate full-time opening for a Group and Events Sales Manager. This position is responsible for bringing hospitality and group related events to the one-of-a-kind Miller Motorsports Park. Additionally this position is responsible for selling event ticket packages and memberships via telephone, email and face to face presentations. This position will service existing accounts, generate new business, perfom basic office functions as needed and be expected to attain monthly, quarterly and seasonal revenue goals. Is also responsible for management of sales team and driving overall sales for the unit. Must be able to forecast future sales and sales numbers and make presentations to management.
The ideal candidate should be aggressive, competitive, professional and self-starting. |

| Qualifications: |
|
|
- Prior marketing and/or sales experience
- Prior sales management experience is required
- Strong negotiation skills are a must
- Sales forecasting and budgeting experience is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, complex catering, events, etc.)
- Strong communication skills are necessary
- History of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
