| Summary: |
|
|
| Direct and manage track and facility operations including but not limited to all on track and paddock activities, track rental and scheduling, all racing programs and rules, paddock and camping scheduling and rules, race event management and staffing, emergency action plans and staffing. Track and paddock maintenance, advice on major race sanction agreements, negotiation and fulfillment, create revenue generating events outside traditional motor sports to maximize facility use. |

| Duties: |

|
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Protect the moral, legal and financial assets at the LHM Group of Companies
- Continually teach associates new and better ways of doing business with an emphasis on STEWARDSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, and GUEST SERVICE
- Manage day to day operations of race track including staffing, equipment, and facility up keep
- Plan annual budgets and manage purchasing to meet budgets
- Responsible for participant and guest safety
- Enforces and fulfills park and racing rules
- Oversees client and event scheduling
- Responsible for event set up and staffing, event registration and credentialing
- Oversees on-track emergency services and recovery, race and event direction, competition licensing, event and championship scoring, event and rental contracts
- Oversee kart race event scheduling, rules, competitor communication, garage and RV spot rentals
- Responsible for kart race shop sales and service, retail Kart fleet maintenance, on-track worker training, hiring/firing
- Responsible for managing the Competition Manager and Operation Special Project Manager
- All other tasks as assigned

| Qualifications: |
|
|
Knowledge and Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 to 5 years race facility management, racing series and event management, race retail and service business, and on-track racing experience helpful

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- High levels of stress
