| Summary: |

| To work and function as an executive assistant within the Automotive Group. |

|
|
| Duties: |
|
|
This will include some filing (both electronic and paper), answering phones, taking notes, transcribing audio recordings, maintaining schedules and appointments, creating expense reports and performing other tasks as needed. |

|
|
| Qualifications: |
|
|
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- 2-3 years of business office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (this should include Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent internal/external customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented.
- Be able to create and write correspondence.
