| This is a part time position for the major races at Miller Motorsports Park. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive initial impression of Miller Motorsports Park This impression is created by taking guests tickets, providing them with accurate event information, assisting them in finding their seat for the event, and assisting them with any issues. The employee must be willing to work any assignment or event. (Assignments may include checking guest’s tickets, taking tickets, working a ticket or track gate etc.) |

| Duties: |
|
|
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet each guest in a positive and courteous manner
- Respond quickly to guests needs, questions, comments, or concerns with answers and/or action
- Provide accurate knowledge to patrons regarding venue logistics (i.e. location of ticket office, restrooms, concessions, ATM)
- Be able to take and give directions
- Be available to work all major race events, and some minor races
- Learn a working knowledge of race formats
- Participate in ongoing track and safety training
- Attend meetings and job trainings as assigned.
- Work all assigned shifts and arrive at posted check in time.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image at all times. Adhere to company dress code, practice good personal hygiene, and maintain proper care of uniform and any equipment or supplies issued.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The noise level in the work environment varies.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions for long periods of time.
