| Summary: |

|
| The primary responsibility of this position is to assess and determine all medical situations. Determine the level of care needed for injured parties which include, but not limited to: on track participants and park spectators. To provide care to those injured within the scope of employment. |

| Duties: |
|
|
- Learn and understand radio communication protocols
- Learn a working knowledge of race formats
- Participate in ongoing track and safety training
- Attend meetings and job trainings as assigned.
- Work all assigned shifts and arrive at posted check in time.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional image at all times. Adhere to company dress code, practice good personal hygiene, and maintain proper care of uniform and any equipment or supplies issued.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: |

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a current state EMT certification
- Possess a current CPR certification
- Possess a current driver’s license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The noise level in the work environment varies.
- Be able to lift 75 pounds
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to outside weather conditions for long periods of time.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each previously stated duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to succeed in this position.
- EMT-I or Paramedic preferred but not required
