| We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in our Salt Lake City warehouse. This position is responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls, emails and instant message live chat regarding merchandise and website order questions. This is a part time seasonal position, working 25 - 30 hours per week. |

- Take inbound phone telephone orders
- Accurately and promptly answer questions about our products
- Help customers make changes to online sales orders
- Respond to customers via on-line instant messaging chat sessions
- Respond to email inquiries
- Return customers phone calls
- Help with various other duties
- Resolve customer website order issues
