SALES PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships focusing on delivering a SUPERIOR customer experience.   
• Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and department sales goals.  
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models in the inventory.   
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories, and services of our dealership.  
• Articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.   
• Follow up on all details of the sales transaction (paperwork, financing information, maintaining vehicle inventory, etc.)  
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)  
• Effective follow up and follow through with your customers.  
• Attend dealership training and development workshops.  
• Commitment to supporting your fellow co-workers through cooperation and teamwork.
