| Duties: |

|
SALES PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships focusing on delivering a
SUPERIOR customer experience.
- Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and department sales goals.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all makes and models in the inventory.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories, and services of our dealership.
- Articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
- Follow up on all details of the sales transaction (paperwork, financing information, maintaining vehicle inventory, etc.)
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
- Effective follow up and follow through with your customers.
- Attend dealership training and development workshops.
- Commitment to supporting your fellow co-workers through cooperation and teamwork.

- Sales experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED; we will train you!
